RGV with his Mother at the Launch of his book " Naa Istam "

You have often heard the blatant and arrogant Ram Gopal Varma but beneath that tough exterior lies a man who is not only an inspiration to many aspiring talents but also a son to a doting mother. In what was being termed as a historic and emotional moment, those who were present at an important event got to see RGV’s mother.

This was the launch of the book ‘Naa Ishtam’ and Ramu’s mom Satyavathi had her eyes filled with pride as she saw her son in the spotlight. While those present were filled with awe as they saw the person who gave birth to this maverick movie maker, her gestures filled their hearts with tears.

Satyavathi did not hesitate to pull her son close to her and kiss him…not once…but twice with love and affection. The hard hitting and usually cold Ramu was also touched with his mom’s gesture and it was an evening of talent, nostalgia and good memories.
